Child-friendly healthy guacamole!

Guacamole is a tasty and healthy Mexican snack made of only a few delicious ingredients! Little hands love helping in the kitchen and this easy recipe is a great way to get your budding MasterChef creating!


  • 2 avocados
  • ½ red onion, finely diced
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tomato, chopped into small pieces



  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed and scoop out the avocado.
  2. Place the avocado in a bowl and smash with a fork/spoon.
  3. Add in all remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
  4. Enjoy!
