Banana and Oat Pikelets

Perfect for breakfast or a simple snack.


Makes approx. 20 pikelets

2 eggs

1 cup flour

1 cup rolled oats

2 tsp baking powder

400mL milk

2 bananas, mashed

1 tsp vanilla essence



  1. Combine all ingredients – if the batter is too dry, add a little extra milk.
  2. Heat a fry pan with a small amount of spray oil.

Scoop ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Cook until small bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook on the other side. Serve warm.
